Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Plan changes are immediate. On upgrade — you pay the prorated difference for remaining days. On downgrade — the change takes effect from the next billing period.
What happens to credits when I cancel?

Credits from top-up packs never expire. Starter credits included in your subscription plan are lost on cancellation. Your scenarios and reports remain accessible for 90 days.
Can I use the platform without a subscription, only on credits?

An active subscription is required to create and assign scenarios. Credits are used for AI content generation — you always need both.
How many organisations can use one account?

One account = one organisation. The Enterprise plan covers unlimited instructor seats within a single unit. For multi-organisation setups, contact us to discuss terms.
Is training data stored in compliance with GDPR?

Yes. Training reports contain no personal data — we store only scores, assessments and response patterns. No voice recordings are permanently saved. Servers in the EU (Supabase EU region).
